We guarantee our pups are healthy when they leave us. We guarantee against crippling hip dysplasia if our nutritional and exercise regimens are followed. We do not guarantee pups will OFA. We will replace a genetically or congenitally deficient pup from our next available litter.

Following is the full text of our written guarantee, prices and payment terms:

1M Nosodes for Parvo and Distemper are due monthly through eight months and then annually. They are available from Ambrican Enterprises LTD. (541 899 2080). Puppies may develop worms and we assume no liability for worming once possession of the pup is transferred to the Buyer. Puppies may become sick or die from chemical wormers. A list of safe wormers will be provided on request.

HEALTH GUARANTEE: At the time of sale our puppies are guaranteed to be without congenital or hereditary defects seriously affecting their quality of life. They do not exhibit signs of contagious or infectious disease. Buyer has been informed of the following circumstances which may later affect the puppy and waives legal and financial recourse against Seller as to these circumstances: Buyer requests XXXXXXXXX. If your pup has not been vaccinated (except for rabies after 6 months) and before reaching a year of age displays a congenital defect verified by our vet and significantly diminishing its quality of life, we will replace the pup from the next available litter.

HIP GUARANTEE: Our puppies are guaranteed against CRIPPLING HIP DYSPLASIA until one year of age IF YOU FOLLOW OUR DIETARY INSTRUCTIONS AND HAVE NOT EXERCISED THE PUP INAPPROPRIATELY. If you assert a claim of crippling hip dysplasia we must be notified immediately in writing. X-rays must accompany the claim. If the diagnosis is verified by our veterinarian and the pup has not been treated surgically or pharmaceutically, we will replace the pup when an appropriate pup is available. Transportation costs for replacement are at the Buyer's expense.

CIRCUMSTANCES NULLIFYING REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE: If you vaccinate the puppy, it will not be replaced. If you do not follow the attached dietary recommendations, it will not be replaced. If you desire a replacement pup, we must agree to all treatment of the original pup before it is treated by a veterinarian. WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE MEDICAL EXPENSES.

BY SIGNING BELOW YOU ARE AGREEING TO A REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE.

THIS PUP IS BEING SOLD AS A:
____Show/breeding prospect. The pup demonstrates show potential. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT THE PUP WILL FINISH A CHAMPIONSHIP OR OFA.

____Family pet. The buyer has stated the desire to purchase a family pet on a limited registration which can be upgraded under appropriate circumstances.

We make no guarantees other than those stated above as to any condition arising after the pup is physically transferred to the Buyer and assume no other liabilities. This guarantee does not warrant that this pup has been examined by a veterinarian. Buyer is encouraged by the State of Pennsylvania to have this dog examined by a veterinarian as soon after purchase as possible. (Sec. 9.3 Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.) Buyer acknowledges Seller has verbally informed Buyer of the terms of this agreement and provided Buyer with written notice of rights under Section 9.3 of the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, AKC Registry, PO Box 37901, Raleigh, NC 27627.

In consideration of Seller's guarantee set forth above, Buyer waives recourse to PA Statute Sec. 9.3 (consumer protection law) and elects Seller's replacement guarantee.

PAYMENT TERMS: We provide pups based on the date on which we receive a deposit. The initial deposit is 25% of the purchase price. An additional 25% is due when the pup is "on the ground." The balance is paid before the pup leaves for its new home. Deposits are not refundable simply because the purchaser has buyer's remorse.
